Does your resume match this job?
A resume can read well on its own and still be weak for a specific role. Paste a resume and a job description and see, in plain words, where the two meet and where they miss: matching skills, missing keywords, the posting's key requirements, and the 3 to 5 changes with the most impact.

What the comparison covers
The report reads the posting's stated requirements and checks them against the words of your resume. It shows which requirement terms your resume already names, which ones it never names (missing or underrepresented keywords), and how each stated requirement is evidenced by your own experience.
What it does not do: it does not know any employer's screening system, it does not score you against a proprietary algorithm, and no match percentage can guarantee an interview. It compares wording with the posting you pasted, which is the part of the process you can actually control.
Add a missing term only when the work is genuinely yours. Pasting a keyword you cannot back up shows up quickly in interviews, and the report is built to point you at honest fixes first: show a real result in the posting's language, or drop the claim.
Start earlier: check the resume itself
If you have not checked the resume on its own yet, start there: the free score shows structure, contact and measurable-achievement problems that no job description can fix.
The full verdict: Job Check
The match report compares wording. Job Check goes further for one specific job: every requirement weighed by importance, the evidence found in your resume, and the 3 to 5 changes that matter most. The first one is free.
